suggestions for a new addition?

so my problem: braught home a bright orange and red seahorse which has turned black with only a slight orangey yellow tinge, in an atempt to get her to return to her former colour i would like to get her a nice bright hitching post to match up with perhaps some sort of tree sponge or anything really that is seahorse safe and would do well in my 55g reef, i have 250w MH and feed live phyto so light and filterfeeder food wouldn't be a concern any suggestions? i would like something real and not just some fake plastic plant
