SW stuff wanted- Calgary auction

We are trying to increase the amount of SW/reef items at the CAS Auction! We are getting a lot of interest and questions from potential buyers, so WE NEED SELLERS! Bring your used equipment, frags, or whatever.

If you wish to sell items at the auction:

Contact Ward at waysmeans@calgaryaquariumsociety.com to get a vendor number. CAS members are allowed up to 25 lots; non-members up to 10 lots. Please fill out a vendor form with your item descriptions and have it ready prior to the auction start. If you wish, items may be sold with a reserve price (over $5).

Item proceeds are split with 70% going to the seller and 30% to the CAS. Cheques for the sellers' earnings are mailed out following the auction.

When: Sunday, September 27, 2009

Where: Montgomery Community Hall:
5003 - 16 Avenue NW
(SW intersection of 16 Ave. and Home Rd.)

Delivery of items: 9:00am - 10:30am
Item viewing: 10:00am - 11:00am
Auction starts: 11:00am sharp.
