Thanks Christy.

Hope to see more of your work in the near future especially with the new critters that you are going to get. Same goes for the other regular shutterbugs Deb, Stircrazy, and tkhawaja and hopefully others will particpate as well.

Samw, thanks for the encouragement on the other BB. I don't have much in my tank yet, or otherwise I'd have given you a better run for your pic. And your shot proves it. It doesn't take a $1000 dollar camera to take great macro shots.

Actually, I did spend about $1,000 with taxes added 1.5 years ago for my S40. At that time, for an extra $100, I could have gotten a G2 for really good Macro. The Powershot S40 has 2 known limitations and that is poor macro and poor flash. The benefit of the S40 over the G2 is the compact size.
