Default Just a quick survey type question!

I have a 300 gallon tank and it seems to be that the heat in vancouver has overpowered my chiller!

has anyone else had this problem or had to deal with the heat in any way different then a chiller??

Drew

Bags of ice in the sump or freeze some 2 liter pop bottles full of water and put those in the sump. Also a fan blowing across the top of the tank will cool it but you may have to top off more frequently. If you have MH lighting reduce your lighting period or light the tank at night when it's cooler rather than during the day.

Good luck.
