WTB Live Rock, Base Rock and Substrate

I am converting my 280 gallon fw aquarium into a reef tank and don't want to have to get a second mortage on my house in order to do so. If anyone has LR, BR, and or substrate that they are willing to let go of on the cheap let me know. I don't mind driving to pick up within the Lower Mainland or Fraser Valley.

i have a sand base for my 90 gal display that im taking down, if u want it let me know i highly doubt i could get any money for it. but its been in my tank for over a year
and is well seeded.

I have a rubbermaid of sand from my old tank you have to wash it just come and pick it up its free

I also have sand you can have for free, in a 5 gallon bucket and definately needs a good wash
