Dorkel Marine 1 is on a distinguished road

Small Ballast

Looking for a small ballast to wire up a 55 to 96 watt pc. Anyone with info on a DIY canopy for the set-up please advise. Thanks in advance. I realize there is a DIY section. But I forgot. Sorry. I'm going there now.
