Default Great Visit to Red Coral!!

It was great to meet Kevin, and check out the shoppe for the first time! Nice shoppe with a lot of quality corals, and great prices. I also met 24storm, and I can't remember the online name of the other guy I met! Sorry, I was dazed and confused when I first arrived...too much driving in the flatlands gives me vertigo for an hour or so, not sure why.

I came home with a gorgeous Brain coral, a Blasto frag, an Acan frag, and a baby Squamosa clam! Thanks Kevin!

My camera is broken, and I'm having troubles getting good shots with an unfamiliar camera. For the life of me I can't get a good shot of the clam! I can't get the white balance correct without washing the photos out, but the centers on this Brain coral really are that blue! you can see the new Acan in the upper left too.

The flatlands Sheesh, don't drive east of Calgary then. Or go to Houston. Yeah well, I guess we're not *in* the mountains but 1) at least I can see them out my window right now, and 2) just looking out the window I can see several hundred feet of elevation differences (ie., hills and valleys) within a half-kilometre or so radius (horizon to horizon). Granted, it's not the MOUNTAINS but I think it hardly counts as "flatland".

Oh ...right, off topic. Um ...very nice scores. Very nice brain! Can't wait to see the photo of your squamy (things that sound rude but aren't), So please keep trying if you can.

Sorry I missed ya maybe next time you're by this way. And I'll point out the things that we call "hills" and so on just so you're not missing them.

Thanks Keith! Once I got back into the mountains there was no stopping me! I imagine the drive back out will be much worse because the boring part will be last. Bleh.

Well I went from Saskatoon to Calgary on the #7 & #9 Highways...so that was definitely flatlands!! I will be headed back through Calgary next Friday I think...

I have a few pics of my Squamy (hahahahaha) but they are turning out waaaaay too blue.

It was great meeting you. You looked in every tank and every nook and cranny for treasures and you found a couple. Thanks for popping by and glad the remainder of your trip was safe. See you next round your always welcome.
