Loud Protein Skimmer - HELP

I have this 2 year old Euro-Reef (In Sump) Protein Skimmer Model CS-100-007 and it is getting noiser by the day... I used to adjust its positioning around the sump and the vibration noise would subside.. but this does not work anymore.

Any ideas why is it getting so loud? Any solutions... since my tank is right in the living room its getting downright ennoying

How old is the impeller on it? Mine was performing poorly and loud.....so I got a new one from J&L and it works soooo well now, and it's quiet! They do get damaged easily....worth a try!

check your airline if this model of ER has one...
when they gt clogged, they can be very loud and cause more vibration than normal.
