We have a client with two of them - she had to get hers from Colorado but there Must be one closer. They are both amazing little dogs, great personalities both.
If you go to the CKC website you may have luck finding one also there is a chinese crested club of canada http://www.chinesecrestedclubcanada.com/ I bet you could get references from people there... good luck!

My hairdresser has a couple and I think he breeds them as well. His are mostly the hairless ones (yet they have hair on their head and feet, weird
 )
