Arrow Shameful!!

What? What's shameful?

The fact that I have not "officially" given props where props are due, and I would be remiss if I continued to do so.

If anyone has not had the pleasure of stopping by Red Coral, please do so. Kevin and Doug have been working tirelessly to create a warm and welcoming environment for people to come and visit, learn and purchase quality fish, inverts and corals.

They go the extra mile to greet each customer as they walk in the door and make the time to answer any questions they might have-no matter how busy they are. A nice "learning center" is set-up for those who would like to sit-or those who would like to do a little research before making a purchase. No matter if you buy thousands of dollars of merchandise, or just stop by to say "hi" and look around, you are treated as a valued customer.

The tanks are clean and well taken care of (not containing dying or dead/decaying fish). You don't need to worry about what type of "nasties" might be getting introduced to your tank. Corals are healthy and there is a wide selection. In fact, if a fish/coral/invert isn't looking so hot, they won't sell it to you. They would rather wait and make sure it will survive before sending it home with you. That, in my opinion, is the mark of a truly caring business.

As I said previously, if you haven't had the pleasure of stopping by, please do so. I am sure you will see what many have already discovered...a new place in Calgary to shop for saltwater stock and supplies.

Thanks guys and keep up the GREAT work!!

Michelle

Thanks Michelle. Both Kevin and I have been keeping fish for 20 years each and knew what we liked and didnt like about shopping in aquarium stores in Cowtown. Our customers are valued and our goal is to provide quality livestock, dry goods that we ourselves would want to use and a comfortable place to find both. Plans are in place that will hopefully take the shop to the next level and place RC at the top of the list of stores to visit.

Thanks again.
Doug.

Default Absolutely!!

No worries, Doug. I know that you are well on your way to the top of that list (if not already there!)

Keep up the great work and I know the saltwater junkies will keep supporting you!

Michelle;

Thank you for your kind words of encouragement. It is so rewarding to have people like yourself share in our passion and excitement in this hobby. So many times you have come into the store and have asked if you could help us with anything, and also made insightful suggestions. Thank You.

I agree completely!

For the first time since moving to this city over a year ago. I've had a store employee/owner remember my first name, let alone how to spell it(I come from a very small town where people know you and how to spell your name before you even know people).
Personally I have dealt mainly with Kevin, and he has made the experience so enjoyable.....It won't matter who is in the store, Red Coral deserves my business, as it does everyone elses.
For someone who is new to the hobby, I couldn't have asked for more in a store! Makes the SE to NW drive MUCH MUCH easier. I'd continue on with the "keep up the good work" but I know very well that you gentlemen likely don't need this said to keep this work good and up.

So congrats on everything so far, and good things happen to great people. The next level is near!

Very Sincerely,
Barrett
