of the sps coral varieties which would be the best starter under 150 watt mh

i should also mention its a 4 ft tank with 2 koralia 2 power heads would this create enough flow?

I would say green or orange Montipora Digitata or M.caps as you may not have enough light for the purple to maintain a deep colour. You can go with several acros as well. There are a variety of blue tip stags like A.microphthalma that would do very well. If you're interested pm me I could recommend an excellent sps frag starter pack for you with a good mix.

I'd think you might want to add a bit more flow to the tank but thats an opinion .
I picked up a " beginner pak" from Snappy a few weeks back and the frags are all doing well

would hydnophora be a decent starter. (i just like the look of them)

I wouldn't try it for a little while, other SPS's that might work for you are Poccilipora and Stylophora's. If I were you I would take Snappy's advice, SPS is something that takes A LOT of time, nothing you can "Snap" your fingers at (Pitty laugh at my horrible Pun?)
