is this just the coral growing?

it looks like blisters.

the blisters actually swell up when the coral is completely open. it looks sort of deflated after having put it in front of a powerhead.

anyone know?

It's having babies! It kinda drips off...whether the little drips end up surviving or not, that's a different story.
