![]() Just wondering, I have my tanks lights on 11-11.
Like them on later at night for viewing, but, when I get up @ 530am, and turn living room light on, I am wondering if thats screwing the fishies up at all? The LR light illuminates the tank fairly well. But, only on for 1/2 hr before I go to work.

![]() I have the lights on my fowler go on from 11am till 12am in my lr with blinds open people waking up at 6am light coming in at around that time too no ill effects.
My Reef tank I have lights go on at 2pm till 3am btw that's atinics the mh run from 5pm till 12am and my blinds open at 8am with no ill effects. Really I don't think it makes any difference what I find in my fowler is that some fish pack it in by around 10pm like my picasso trigger hides in the cave and is up at the crack of dawn. I see fishes taking a break even during the day in the caves probally getting an afternoon snooze!
