Default torch coral?

I just got a green torch coral and it looks pretty sweet but how much flow is it supposed to have because it seems like it is getting tossed around a fair buit in the spot i had it. and also i have 3 25o watt halide pendants so how high up should i have it in my tank as far as lighting goes?

when I had one of these it was my rock...
I only had it in a 36 gallon tank with a 65 watt cf 50/50 light and moderate flow.
It was the hungriest, happiest coral I have owned to date, plus it looks awesome.

I keep my torch down at the bottom of my tank in a Euphilliya section where the flow is not really that strong. I've found with my torch and frogspawn that if the flow is too high they never really fully expand their polyps.
