Actinic and MH bulb combinations can I change it?

I currently have a 175W MG 5500K with 2 30 W actinics. If I was to use say a 12K bulb could I get rid the actinic lighting and use NO 30 W bulbs to increase the over all wattage/

Or does the actinic lighting really add 60W of ligting but just at a different spectrum? Or maybe I don’t know what the heck I’m trying to say and just confusing the lot of you???
