Default durso pipe size?

For a 2" bulkhead would I use a 2" pipe, or can I use a 1.5" pipe

If the bulkhead is 2" you should use 2 1/4" or larger for the durso. you always want to go about 1/4" larger
Hard to find 2 1/4 so it's likely have to go 2 1/2

I've got 2 2" bulkheads with 2" Dursos.

Read to upsize from bulkhead, might apply for small diameters but no problem with keeping the same size with mine.

on the durso site it says that after 1.5" bulkheads there is no reason to use larger size pipes. Only larger if it's an inch or smaller
