testing waters: 150 gallon tank calgary

Hey guys, with the moving around of our house, I may have to switch up my tank around the end of Feb. I will be keeping all fish, corals, etc...

Tanks is 48*30*25
Single overflow in the middle of a side pain (used as room divider)
Will come with Stand (steel)
Sump (Big enough for a BM 250.)
Black Acrylic Panelling to cover the bottom of the stand
Black acrylic Cover
TEk light 8 bulb unit
All Plumbing
Maybe a return pump

BAsically, if I can find someone that is interested, I will consider the swap, if not, I will likely just make things work the way they are.
