not sure if it's just me, but that hole looks bigger than 1 inch

crazy how they can squeeze out of things though.

smart animals for sure. I saw a video once of a science lab where one tank on one side of the room had an octopus another tank other side had crabs. the crabs were going missing at night or getting killed. They set up a camera at night and found that the Octopus was actually getting out of the tanks. Moving across the vare tile floor up into the crab tank. Eating crabs and then returning to the other tank. Amazing.
