Thumbs up Food grade calcium chloride

I just mixed up my first batch of 3 part with the food grade Ca. What a difference from Dowflake! It mixes up WAY cleaner and hotter. Is the food grade stronger by weight than Dowflake?

Yes the food grade stronger, you only need 2 cups. I think the flake is 2 1/2 cups. The heat also helps it dissolve faster : )

I don't use measuring cups, I weigh my chemicals. I was wondering if 2 cups of food grade would weigh the same as 2 1/2 cups of Dowflake. I'm trying to sort out my dosing times for the switch.
