Many forum members will concur that some damsels become very aggressive, especially in a smaller sized tank such as a 30g.

Furthermore, there are stories of damsels that develop a pecking order (natural) but end up killing off the lower ones.

It's been my experience that most damsels will beat up just about any fish, especially once they've established themselves in the tank.

Let's keep in mind that clowns are tough little suckers in their own right, and I'm sure can handle a pesky damsel.
