50 gallon complete for sale-Vancover, B.C.

With some trepidation I am posting this ad. I have had my tank set up for about a year and a half but am finding that the stresses of work, home and babies don't leave me much energy left over. Ideally if someone would want the whole set-up that would be awesome. The tank is as follows:


50 gallon black trimmed tank 16'' by 19'' by 36''.
Stand is black doors on front which contained 29 gallon sump which houses a Remora Aqua C protein skimmer.
700 gallon pump from J&L aquatics told Wendel I wanted a quiet one, I've forgotten the name and am not pulling it out to read it on the side.
Pendant light fixture, contains 250 watt MH and two 75 watt florecent fan too
Tank contains about 70 -80 pounds of live rock, 30-40 pounds of live sand
Hairy green mushroom encrusted on rock,about 15, small montipora, hammer coral, 15 heads, one green and purple brain coral, some xenia, one green plate coral, one small pineapple coral, 2percula clown fish and one royal gramma.
I have a twenty gallon quartine tank, with filter and powerhead. tons of test calcium supplements, carbon books ect. All for $850. Hope that I won't miss it too much. Jenn
