Default turtle lays 14 eggs and lives to tell about it

Well this is a picture of Bart resting quitely the day after. This is her third egg laying adventure this fall.

I have tried many things to make egg laying easier (last year she had a beach...but she didn't like it). She generally lays them in the water...and then eats them. I have removed the eggs and my wife takes them to show her students (she is a teacher). Here is another view of the pond and tank.

That's great. Good work. Will the eggs hatch?

I don't think they are viable. I especially don't want more turtles (very messy critters). I take the eggs and freeze them...just in case.
