Default dampening skimmer pump vibrations

just like the title says- i have a euro reef RS-135 sitting in a 12x12 compartment in my sump- and the humming from the vibration is something i would like to eliminate- if the pump touches the glass or the skimmer body- makes a horrible vibration- ideas anyone?

i went to HD and got some closed cell foam in the carpeting/flooring area. was super-cheap and it's under my sump, pump and skimmer.

Phone up any someone like Western Pumps. A lot of them carry anti vibration pads just for that reason.

seems to be fine. if you don't like that idea, just go get some neoprene or a mouse pad, take off the fabric side and use that.

Or you can glue lengths of airline tubing to the sides and bottom of your pump and that will stop it from humming aswell

My Sedra pump makes a racket, I have just brought home a new Ocean Runner pump for my EuroReef, I will post back once I see how quiet it is.
