![]() Hi, Dave here. I'm very new to the hobby. I started a 72g in November. Built a 110g sump in my basement and plumbed it in over Christmas. Anyway, I am very much on the learning curve and today was no different.
I hadn't looked at my sump in a while as I've been outta town and I found it covered with these interesting little critters. I don't know what they are, I don't know if their bad, and I don't know what to do, if anything. Nothing has shown up in my display tank but my sump is covered. I have 2 different Nitrite test and both have said 0 since day 1. Ammonia 0 ph 8.3 ish salinity 1.023 Live stock: FISH - Yellow Tang, Tassled Filefish, Foxface, Mairne Beta, 2 clowns, 2 yellow tail damsels, 3 chromos, a shrimp I've only seen 3 times, and 1 small unknown thing. CORAL - I have 3 soft corals that look nice although I have no idea what they are. (I know, I know, research what goes in, but ignorance is bliss). Anyway here are the pics.. Any info would be appreciated. Thanks. I just looked at the posted pictures and they are very small. I've also posted them on my photo site were it's easy to zoom in. http://knighter.smugmug.com/gallery/2528723

![]() Look like Spirorbid Worms. Harmless filter feeders. According to Melev's ID site, anyway
