Default Feeding a Blue Sponge

I've noticed my blue sponge has shrank a bit. Likely due to my lack of regular feeding. My question is how to nurse it back to size. I've got some Kent Microvert, with a non-descript micron size. I also have Kent Phytoplex, which is 2-15 microns. Any idea what range a sponge will accept? There's a real lack of info on sponges. Should I go out and buy some DT's?
