Default Our order from Frag Factory**pics**

Got a large order shipped in Tuesday. I am very pleased withmost of the items
This Hydnophora just glows! The pic does not do it justice

The Alien Eye Favia is awesome, it feeds with long tenticles by moonlight!

Orange Crush Acan is very kewl

Orange Ricordea is huge!

Florida Citrus Zoo and Frilly pink zoo just as pictured on website

Purple and Red Zoo has awesome color

Yellow Orange Clove

Lemonny Zoo is a HUGE frag,
What I got has NO hint of blue under ANY type of lighting.Mine is lime green on green.

This paly frag was the most expensive frag we ordered, It was bagged with another frag that was mounted on a large piece of rock. The sharp rock cut the heck out of the paly during shipment. It had 2 polyps the looked like they might be ok, but everyday it looks worse.

I have sent 3 emails to Frag Factory since Tuesday, and have yet to receive a reply. UPDATE Mike has emailed and explained he was out of town and has offered to replace the Paly frag.

Well, for what it's worth I have made several orders from Frag Factory and have been mainly pleased with my orders. On one occassion did my frags not survive and Mike was kind enough to re-send frags at a later date going out with another Calgary order.

I have noticed that the pictures on the site do not always match the pieces we recieve. I have ordered the same lemony zoos and I will say that lighting plays a huge role in the colour of our corals. My lemony zoos do have a hint of dull blue.. not as blue as pictured, but still a decent representation of what's on the site. Also take into consideration that shipping stresses corals and this can cause a loss in colour too.

Anywhoo, just thought I'd share my frag factory experiences... I am quite pleased with 95% of the stuff I recieve from them, and all my zoos ordered from them look amazing and are growing quite well.

Try PM'ing Mike through Canreef. He'll get in touch with you, I can guarantee you that much... people get busy sometimes or go out of town which may be the case, so I'd say just wait it out a bit more.

PS: As to the pipe organ, I think it's hard stuff to frag in the first place, and if I recall correctly it was listed as super duper rare on the website, hence the tiny frag. Pipe organ grows fast... so I'd say it will be okay.. but that's just me

Well what a first post on canreef...

I've done a few orders with frag factory now, and am extremely happy.

Colors always vary under different lighting.

I apologize for not getting back to you, as I have been travelling and super busy. May I ask what type of lighting you are running?

If I do recall we went out of our way to ensure all your zoos/frags were mounted, and we Q/T all your frags for over a week in our facility to ensure they were healthy and fully attached, and judging by your own pictures most of your frags are way over what is advertised in terms of size. As mentioned lighting does play a role in how frags appear.

If anything does not survive, or didn't please let me know and we will of course replace it for you, as is our standard policy! Also I just went through my email and only received two of your emails, one about little white starfish, and the one about the lemmony zoos. I replied to your starfish email, and again I am sorry for missing your lemonny zoo email.

Thanks
Mike

Thanks Mike for getting back to me.

Lighting is not the issue as all the other frags appear just as advertised. I think its just a simple mistake of pulling the wrong frag. Its a HUGE nice frag, and I have no problem keeping it . Its just not the frag pictured on your website.

The Paly is dead. It got the crap beat out of it during shipping. I appreciate your offer to replace it.

As I mentioned in my first post, I am pleased with most of my frags. Customer service was awesome. As a first time customer I was getting worried about no response to my emails after the sale. Understandable now that I know you were out of town. Thanks again, Shelley
