Wow, neat idea. I'm not sure how effective it would be as a skimmer and I would be a little worried about having that kind of weight hanging on the side of a tank but nevertheless still a neat idea.

I dont think it would put much stress on the tank, they make hang on back refugiums of the same size.

Also I want one.

Kind of seems like a new twist on the Skilter idea.Not much of a reaction chamber there.
