Default How to remove trim

I bought a 55g tank for my sump and I'd like to take the trim off. How can I do it safely?

Thanks

Just slide an Olfa razor blade behind it(between the glass and frame.) and cut the silicone. This will take many passes to do. Scrape all of the silicone off of all the parts before you reassemble it.

*EDIT

I see you're in Calgary.
If you have a problem removing it, just bring it by my place and I'll give you a hand to remove it.

Right on, thanks. I'll give it a try and let you know how I make out.
