Looking for a flow meter

I trying some testing and was wondering if anybody had a flow meter I could borrow.

You can also test it out by filling a gallon or 5 gallon bucket & timing it, if you are measuring that kind of flow.

And no, I don't have a flow meter.

Yes that is what I am trying to figure out.
Was just hoping for a more 'exact' measurement.
