Default Anyone know where....

....I can find a supplier of 3/8" acrylic cell-cast sheets? I've been wanting to build a custom aquarium, but cannot find a supplier for the life of me! Everywhere I call and ask about this plastic they answer with a, "huh??"

I was having the same problem, but apparently GE Polymershapes has both cast and... whats it called... the one that is cut from large pre-fabbed sheets. I went in, and they appear to have lots of stuff, and at good prices.

HTH!

Thanks Funk!

I still can't believe how hard it was to find this material.....HOLY CRAP! LOL

I may be wrong, but I think the word you were trying to find is "extruded"?

Well, thanks again for your help, it's greatly appreciated! I'll be sending along pics of my tank during the whole process.

Ciao

Not a problem! It was quite the PITA for me to find something too, but I finally found that as a source for weld-on and discovered they also do acrylics!

Yes, Extruded is infact the word!

Cant wait to see pics! Im actually doing up a fuge out of 3/8" as well! Likely extruded with eurobracing though.
