Default Is this enough circulation?

I have a Mag 350 supplying my return bulkhead (1") at roughly 250gph. The tank is a 30g cube, with the bulkhead just above center. Originally I was going to use 1/2" loc-line for the return, splitting the flow into two pressurized streams. For several reasons, I'm considering just leaving the open bulkhead. For one, the tank is going to be all softies. There appears to be a decent amount of water movement in most areas of the tank. And the biggest reason is the difficulty of finding a 1"-1/2" adapter that's black and compact. I was considering using Krylon paint on a white adapter if I ever found one, but don't feel comfortable using it inside the tank despite how many people have used it safely.

So should I struggle to find the parts I need to go with the split loc-line? Or just leave an open bulkhead?

I think you have enough for softies, as long as the flow isn't blocked or redirected too much.
