Default 250HQI vs. 150HQI

Has anyone seen a side by side comparison of a 150 and 250W HQI light system - specifically the Aqualight 48" (2 bulb) Im not sure if with would be worth it to upgrade my Coralife fixture. My tank consists mainly of leathers, colt, xenia, kenya, gargonians basically a softies tank.

I personally don't think you need to upgrade your lighting for a softies tank. I have the 6' 150w version over my softies & my LPS tanks & they are doing fine. I would only consider spending that kinda money if you were going to do a more high-light-requiring system, ie. sps/clam tank.

I guess I was hoping to maximize coral growth and add clams to the mix. Also with my tank being 30" deep I wasnt shure if my lighting was adequate.
