Dinoflagellates can anyone provide a pic

I have a bad feeling that my new 44 might have dinos in it but i need to be sure can anyone who has had a outbreak provide a pic and any thoughts on how you delt with it,its already causeing a few corals not to open and my basket star has taken a turn for the worset..
