Default Wavebox questions

I've put in my new wavebox and it doesn't have hardly any flow at all. It's a six foot tank, what should I expect?

It's snugged up right under the Eurobracing and the water level line is underwater ? Is this why?

Don't tell me these things aren't meant for Eurobraced tanks....

Default Wave box

You do have it at one end and with no obstructions ?
then you have to fine tune the pulse. Start at the lowest setting then SLOWLY increase it until a wave is produced, waiting a few minutes between adjustments, do it slowly and be patient
Being under the eurobracing shouldn't mater, at least it won't suck air

Deb,

I was thinking of getting one this week as well (My tank also has eurobracing) and would live to hear your results!

Did you get yours from J&L?

Thanks!

andrewsk

I got mine from Wendell. I think I'm getting there on adjusting it. Had it perfect once and messed with it, so starting over. I'm going to take a video once it gets humming again.

How far down from the eurobracing is your water level ?

I actually do not have tghe tank yet. I am currently running a 90 Gallon and should be getting my 225 next week.

The Wavemaker was going to be one of my first setup purchases for it.

I am HOPING not to have to water level any lower than 1/2 inch below the bracing. This is part of the reason I am so nervous about the purchase.

Keep me posted please.

Thanks
