Default Breeding Sexy Shrimps

My Sexy shrimp is clearly pregnant. Her abdomen is distended and I can see little eggs. I've see her loaded with eggs many times, but this time it is very different. The eggs have darkened, and have developed eyes.

Does anybody know anything about the lifecycle of shrimps? Is the sexy shrimp unique in anyway? What chances do any of these young have in an aquarium?

I would think that in a display tank, with other fish & inverts, any baby (fish or fhrimp) would hae an almost impossible chance of surviving. However, I have heard of cleaner shrimp babies surviving after being sucked into people's cannister filter or refugium. If you have a fuge, that's probably where I would put it so that the babies are not so easily caught by your fish.

I've tried raising my cleaners many times but only last about 4 weeks. Be prepared to research about their feeding requirments. Cleaners need bbs but not sure about sexy shrimp. Good luck.
