90 gallon setup for sale!!

Hello, My brother had put togther a system a couple years ago and today the tank and setup sits empty. He wants to sell what he has for $700

the basic details are as follows:

90 gallon one built in overflow. Lighting is a single corallife 175 halide and 4 65 watt compacts, 2 of which are actinics.

In the sump he has a aquamedic skimmer and a UV sterilizer, all on a black pine stand , and NO canopy however he can build one if needed. there is only sand in the tanks no Liverock.
