Yep I am using one. I am amazed by the amount of flow that it creates. I have it on my return with a mag18 and if close the valve to the other return nozzle and only run the eductor my tank goes crazy.

I made one about a year ago, I went to Norburn Hobbies over on Broadway at Holdom and bought a plastic spinner for a radio controlled airplane (spinner is the center cone shaped thing on the propeller) I used square plastic and then a short length of PVC that fit over the power head and it worked remarkably well. No pics though sorry. Total cost of it was well undre $10. Figure out what power head you are going to use it on, find PVC to fit over the out put and then find a spinner that will fit the out side of the PVC. Some spinners are perfectly cone shaped, the one I used had two screw holes that I used to attatch the square plastic to hold the spinner in place.
