There are a few mods that a guy can do to get the Seaclone producing a bit more but in the end you will upgrade. If you can pull it off, purchase a Coralife Super Skimmer, the largest one you can or, look into the ASM line up. http://www.globeaqua.com/asm.html |

![]() The SC 150 is not that bad. I had it on one of my 20 gal tank and it worked great. I later put a RemoraC skimmer on there and it should of got more junk out the water but at the end it put out the same amount.
If you are thinking to get a bigger tank then don't wast your time and money on the SC 150. However if you have a tank that is 75gal or more then you shouldn't be using a HOB skimmer anyways. Cheers |
