clip-on fans

can't for the life of me find any of these around town. tried all the usual suspects (crappy tire, HD, etc.) and i know it's outta season for fans but has anyone seen any around in the lower mainland lately? your help would be greatly appreciated!

they are gone till may/june with all the seasonal stuff. i tried last year but couldnt get any untill then.
