Default Anyone sent anything in for repair to Ice Cap?

Hi,

I have sent my ice cap VHO ballast in for repair. They will ship it back via UPS. I haven't heard good things about UPS. Am I going to get hosed for brokerage and stuff like that?

Thanks
Christy

Christy you should not get hit with brokerage, as the unit was in for repair. Get Ice Cap to mark the parcel as being repaired, so there will be no cost.

When mine was in for warranty it was sent back via USPS with no problem at all.

Hi Christy, I had previous problems with ice cap 660 ballast burning up, blown fuse. I've used them to powered up 4 96 watt pc using their wiring diagram and sent them back. They upgraded them and sent them back at no charge including the shipping. The service was extremely good. It seems like most people are having problems with them burning up. Regards Ken
