The Lexan is not as easy to work with. The part to be glued needs to be scuffed prior to glueing. It also welds best with Weldon 5 and 40.
The 1/2" stuff makes great flanges. They do however come apart at about 80 PSI in case you are wondering. Note to self, don't run 80 psi into Kalk Reactor.
