Default What is a fair price to ask lfs for zoanthids?

I am propagating zoanthids on frag plugs.

What is a fair price to ask my lfs or other hobbyists for a frag plug covered with 15 to 20 brightly colored zoanthids?

Please don't PM me about this, I am selling them locally only and they are not ready to sell yet.

I have sold many zoos, and the price I usually ask for and get is $15.00 to $20.00

ok, a word of advice, if you are looking at doing this on a regular basis then pick one group to sell to, eirther the store or the people... the problem being is if you sell to the store for 15.00 then sell to people for 15 then store will get ****ed as they have to charge 25 to make money on what they paid 15 for... see where I am going??

Also keep in mind that if you sell to a store they may repropigate those zoos and then everone will have them, and bam! your out of business.

Whats with the attack?? . . . Kidding! (i thought were talking about selling to the LFS . . . the ones I sell at the LFS are like 10-15 polyps max plus they're ur usual brown ones . . . . I never have a LFS buy a coral frag off me for more than $5) . . . I supply 3 LFS with frags . . . and all give me $5 each for it no matter the size or kind . . .

So $5 at the LFS . . . now u get it?

In canreef or anywhere else I sell at $10-$25 . . . Plus the ones u see in canreef are like my colonies. . . and a bit on the nicer side
