![]() Here is how I top off my tank plus dose a bit of kalk.. I'll be adding the Kent float switch connected to my RO/DI shortly so there is one less thing for me to worry about. The Kalk stirrer is a DIY with stuff I bought at Home Depot with a maxijet 400 to stir, and a Mini jet 606 for dosing. It runs 24/7 and stirs six times a day for five minutes each day. The storage container is a cheap Hagen 10 gallon tank. I made a quick lid out of acrylic to keep dust and such(and a thirsty cat ) out of it.

![]() Hey Darren,
Do you have a water source nearby? If not, how are you planning to run the connection to the RO/DI when you get the float valve? Titus |

![]() A long run of the same tubing used in the RO/DI from my kitchen to the top off.. lol. all told say 25 feet.. I hope it will work.. lol
I also will be using a solenoid on the RO/DI so that I dont have to flip a switch or anything. All automatic. [ 28 October 2001: Message edited by: DJ88 ] |
