what in a new sump

I was wondering what do other have in others sumps

In mine I have on the bottom some sugar size aragonite a small piece of LR. and one piece of inch and half thich floss I have nothing else (no other sand ) what should I have in my 30gal sump?

mines a big ol' fuge with mud, some rock and caulerpa. also carbon and a nasty old crab.
