I just got a box of corals today from Jamie Cross. He used:

1 cardboard box
1 foam box within the cardboard box
1 heat pack (it was a small package)

He double bagged every coral then put them all in a shopping bag and then double bagged the shopping bag and tied it shut. Stuffed it into the box and shipped it FedEx overnight. So far so good, everything looks great. Polyps were even extending in the baggies
