Has anyone ever heard of a scum bag?

Yes...I am in need of a sump as well. I do not want to build one myself. My lfs has suggested that I use a scum bag. You can see it on the Aqua Clear Aquatics web site. I have looked at it and yup...you guessed it...I have not idea what I'm looking at. Would it be suitable for a 180 gallon. You see my tank should arrive next week, then i have to get a sump and protein skimmer so that I can have the stand made properly. So, it is important that I get excellent equipment the first time. This is why I need your opinions guys.
