for the price they arent so great.
most people refer to them as the "shitclone"
if you can find one for a good price ie 20-40$ then they buy it.
I recommend saving up a little and picking up a Remora skimmer
best hang on skimmer in my opinion

I've got a bakpak2R on my 30gallon w/ 15 gallon sump. It worked quite well with the included rio pump. I switched over to a MJ1200 with venturi kit a few months ago. It seems to perform just as well as before, however the MJ1200 seems to get clogged more often than the rio.

Default Skimmer

You don't need a skimmer for your ten gallon tank as long long as you keep up with water changes . . . I'd Recommend Aqua C Remora if you tank is less than 60 Gal (comes with a $200 price tag tho) Bak Pak 2R comes in second . . its about $150. but if you really want a seaclone . . . it'll be alright ... different skimmers performs differently (obviously) Just think about it like cars . . . Different brand, different makes, different performance . . No matter how nice it looks or performs . . you always buy the one thats in your budget... it might not perform as well or look as good as the others ... but it'll do for now . . . I did have a Lee's airlift skimmer tho when I had a ten gallon tank (costed meabout $25-$30 . . . it was a crappy skimmer . . but then again it worked . . HoPe I wAs HeLpFuL

For a 10g tank, I'd probably go with a small air driven skimmer. Red sea sells some inexpensive models that would work great on a 10g.

nope. A berlin air lift. Runs with a small air pump and limewood airstone. Look them up on the Red Sea site. Probably have them at King Ed's for not too much money.
