Gobie disappeared :(
It didn't come out last night when I fed the tank.. And again haven't seen him at all today.
 I think it may have been trapped in one of the pistol shrimp caves when it collapsed. Should I remove the live rock and look for him?? pistol shrimp would be really mad if I do though. He's got caves and tunnels underneath all of it. Also if it did die would the pistol shrimp and halloween hermit crab have eaten it? Only other possibility is it jumped out but I don't think so.

very unlikely it got buried.
Most likely, it is still in there..possibly sick or injured, it jumped OR it died and was eaten by your cuc. Your pistol will make some new tunnels pretty quick if you do go goby hunting.

Had this same problem, two days later seen it under the stand , guess they have a habit of jumping out
Only had him for two days

Had mine for about a month when it disappeared. Finally found him dried up in my rats nest of wires on the floor. I have a lid on my tank as well, but he somehow managed to squeeze through edge anyways.
