![]() Have my new Maxima Clam sitting on the bottom approx 30 inches away from my AI Vegas lighting from above. I have 4 Vega units above my 5 foot tank. Would there be enough light for the clam or should I try to move him higher up in the tank? He is open great when the lights are on and he is very responsive but I am told they need a ton of light. What does everyone think? I don't really have a spot higher up I feel would look good though, but if it came down to it I would make it work.

![]() I have two maximas that are on the bottom of my 18" cube and my AI sol's are mounted 15" off the surface of the water. With sand bed and flat rock they are on they are 30" from the led's and are totally fine.
