I missed the moment of exchange (darn they're quick!) but I caught the the next few minutes as daddy fish got the eggs all settled:
  He's still soooo skinny from the last round, I doubt he'll carry these all the way to release, but his lady is hard to resist. She borderline bullies him in to it.

Sweet photo's.
I just had a male eat his eggs after holding for more than 3 weeks ... jerk lol. I had even moved him to his own tank to prevent this from happening. Sidenote, is that bubble algae? Those are huge lol

Mine go constantly. I don't think there are 2 even 2 weeks in between batches. They're both looking pretty well fed though luckily.

Thanks! And yah, that's one of my many epic bubbles. That wasn't the biggest one in the tank, not by a long shot. I spent about 4 hours on a ladder today trying to get as many of them out as I could, but since I ended up popping 90% of the ones I got, I"m sure I just made it worse. Valonia is the pits.
This seems to be their biggest clutch yet. I can see the eggs through his gill slits when I look at him from behind. So far I've only been awake when he released the fry once and I caught three, but none of them survived. I'm not sure I was feeding them the right thing.
